These are our servers' own checks: a problem between Cloudflare and our servers does not show in them, so incidents are also listed below by hand. 2 past incidents affected customers. Pages slow or timing out
For about 20 minutes, requests between Cloudflare and our load balancer were slow or timed out. The app itself was fast. It returned no errors, the slowness cleared on its own, and pages loaded normally when we checked afterwards.

Confirmation and password-reset emails not sent
Every address-confirmation and password-reset email failed. The cause was a missing permission on our email sending account. We added it. We also added a test that fails if the permission ever goes missing again, and we re-sent the email that had been waiting since the evening before.
