Orlavey Demonstration Issuer, LLC (fictional): its first month

GenClara shows you 35 days of a fictional issuer's finished reserve reporting here, with no account needed. It runs from the daily holdings and the 13 checks to the draft weekly and quarterly returns and the certificate. Every name, bank, bill and wallet is invented. We save nothing.

What happened this month

  • Operations began on 27 May 2026. Its reporting analyst recorded every day through 30 June 2026, across 5 PS-01 weeks of Treasury bills, bank deposits, money market funds, repos and reverse repos.
  • On Friday, 26 June 2026 the custodian's file left one bill's maturity out. We kept it as unknown. We did not guess, we did not count the bill as eligible, and we did not quietly drop it from the week's total either, so the gap stays visible to everyone who reads the file.
  • Approval stayed blocked until the controller wrote down why certifying was still right. Then the controller approved the file, the CFO certified the 30 June 2026 reserve package, and the monthly disclosure was hashed.

This is the same “Download everything” ZIP a customer gets, with the whole file as JSON and CSV, the filled PS-01, PS-01a and PS-02 drafts, the disclosure, the review packet and the audit log. Your browser builds it. That takes a few seconds.

11 checks pass and 2 were overridden in writing. Nothing blocks. Start with the weekly holdings, then the checks to see what an unknown figure does.

Fictional data. Every form here is a draft prepared against the agencies' proposed PS-01, PS-01a and PS-02, not a filing. GenClara does not give legal advice and does not say anyone complies with any law.
