What this record attests

Which statutory sources and which catalog version the work was mapped against, each identified by its SHA-256.
How many mapped work steps your organization marked complete, and how many remain open, in review or reserved to counsel.
Who prepared the file and who approved it in GenClara, and when, as GenClara recorded it.
The SHA-256 of each reserve package, public composition packet and AML certification recorded in the file, and the names recorded as certifying them.
For a GenClara-signed record: that the record has not changed since GenClara signed it.

What it does not attest

That any figure is true. Every figure is one your organization entered, or arithmetic on figures it entered.
That reserves exist, are held where stated, or are eligible. GenClara does not examine reserves.
That anyone complies with the GENIUS Act or any other law. It is not a legal opinion.
An examination, audit or attestation by a registered public accounting firm.
A certification by your chief executive or chief financial officer under any law, or a signature on any agency form.
That the person who approved in GenClara had the authority to approve.
That a regulator will accept anything you file.

A customer's certificate can also be signed by GenClara and checked by anyone at /api/v1/verify. The demo's is not. We sign only real files.
